Certified Medication Aide Program – Dayton Campus
Requirements to Enroll
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be 18 years of age or older
Present a valid state-issued photo ID and Social Security card
Provide a High School Diploma or GED
Maintain an active listing on the STNA Registry
Successfully complete an FBI/BCI background check
Background check instructions will be provided in the Welcome Letter and must be completed prior to orientation.
 
Class Details
Dates: February 25 – April 10
Class Days: Wednesdays & Fridays
(Clinical sessions are held on Tuesdays & Thursdays only)
Time: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Format: Hybrid — Online lectures and testing with in-person skills labs and clinicals

Phase 1 – Online Lectures & Testing
📅 February 25 – March 23 Wednesday and Friday only 
Phase 2 – Skills Training (In-Person)
📅 March 25 & 27 & April 1
Phase 3 – Clinical Experience (In-Person)
📅 April 2 & April 7
Held at a partnered clinical facility
Phase 4 – State Test Day (On-Site at School)
📅 April 10

Tuition & Fees
Total Program Cost: $820
(Includes first attempt at the state exam)
Registration Fee: $120 (non-refundable; required to hold your seat)
Program Processing Fee: $25
Payment Plan: $100 due every Thursday
Option to Pay in Full Available
Tuition Includes:

American Heart Association CPR training
Full access to the online classroom, recorded lectures, and skills videos

After registering, you will receive a Welcome Letter with orientation details.
Orientation attendance is required to begin the program.
