Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Program
Cincinnati Location
Requirements to Enroll
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid state-issued photo ID and Social Security card
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active listing on the STNA Registry
- Pass FBI/BCI background check
- Background instructions will be provided in the Welcome Letter and must be completed prior to orientation.
Program Details
- Class Dates: February 24 – April 9
- Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
- Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Clinical Dates:
- April 2 & April 7
- Clinical Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Upon successful completion of the program, students will be eligible to sit for the Certified Medication Aide State Exam through the Board of Nursing.
Tuition & Fees
- Total Program Cost: $900
(Includes first attempt at the State Exam) - Registration Fee: $130
- Payment Plan: $110 due every Thursday until the $900 balance is paid in full
Tuition Includes:
- State exam fee
- American Heart Association CPR training
- Access to online classroom, lecture recordings, and skills videos
- Program Processing Fee: $25
Additional Student Costs:
- Black scrubs
- Textbook & workbook (details provided in Welcome Letter)
- Reliable internet access (required to view skills videos)
Option to pay tuition in full is available.
Registration Process
- After registering, you will receive a Welcome Letter with full orientation details.
- Orientation attendance is required to begin class.
- If you do not receive your Welcome Letter within 24 hours of registering, please contact us immediately.
