PROGRAM OVERVIEW

(Breaks observed for Thanksgiving and Christmas)

ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for enrollment, students must:
Be 18 years or older
Present a valid photo ID
Provide a Social Security card
Submit proof of High School Diploma or GED
 
PHLEBOTOMY REQUIREMENTS
To pass the phlebotomy portion of the program, each student must complete:
20 venipunctures
10 capillary sticks
These hands-on requirements ensure you are job-ready and confident in your clinical skills.
 
CERTIFICATION
Upon completion of classroom instruction, lab hours, and optional externship, students will be eligible to sit for the National Healthcare Association (NHA) certification exams in:
Medical Assisting
Phlebotomy
EKG

🔐 Registration Fee: $100 (Non-refundable; required to reserve your seat)
💸 Payment Plan: $100 due each Thursday

NHA National Certification Exams:
Range from $79–$129 depending on the test (Phlebotomy, EKG, or Medical Assistant)
Testing Location: On-site at our Cincinnati campus
 
CERTIFICATION TESTING TIMELINE
First Exam: After one-third of the program is completed
Second Exam: Midway through (choose from Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, or EKG)
Final Exam: At the end of the program, after all requirements are met
 
REGISTRATION PROCESS
Upon registration, you will receive a Welcome Letter with orientation details.
Orientation is required to begin class.
If you do not receive your Welcome Letter, please contact us immediately.
