📌 Program Overview
Class Dates: June 22nd – August 19th
Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays
Time: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
 
📝 Enrollment Requirements
To enroll, students must:
Be at least 18 years old
Present a valid photo ID
Provide a Social Security card
Submit proof of High School Diploma or GED
 
💉 Phlebotomy Clinical Requirements
To successfully complete the program, students must perform:
20 venipunctures
10 capillary sticks
These requirements ensure students are confident, competent, and job-ready.
 
🎓 Certification Opportunities
Upon completion of classroom instruction, lab hours, and optional externship, students will be eligible to sit for National Healthcare Association (NHA) certification exams in:
EKG
Phlebotomy
 
💲 Tuition & Payment Options
Total Program Cost: $1,600
Registration Fee: $250 (required to reserve your seat)
Payment Plan: $150 due every Thursday

NHA practice tests (included in tuition)
 
💼 Additional Costs (Not Included)
NHA National Certification Exams: $79–$129 (per exam)
Testing Options: On-site at our Cincinnati campus or from home

After registering, you will receive a Welcome Letter with orientation details.
Orientation is required before starting classes.
